All custom rings at Cullen are handcrafted by our in-house jewellers in our Australian workshop. From the initial consultation to final quality assurance checks, a bespoke ring from Cullen comes with a guarantee that it will be made with care and endure for a lifetime.

All of our rings, including custom rings, are considered ethically made as they are free from the concerns associated with diamond mining, such as potential human rights issues and environmental damage. Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments, eliminating concerns about mining practices while still providing the same beauty and quality as mined diamonds. We acknowledge that lab diamonds still require significant energy resources, so we offset the carbon emissions generated during the production of our diamonds. Clients receive a verifiable certificate as proof.

Most custom engagement rings from Cullen can be resized, and we offer a free resize within the first 12 months of your ring's completion. However, we will need to assess certain custom rings to determine if a resize is possible to ensure the structural integrity of the ring is maintained and how many sizes up or down it can go.
