Frequently Asked Questions
A made-to-order ring starts with one of the existing designs you see on our website. You can personalise certain details including the band, setting, materials and finishing details. Because the design already exists, it doesn't require a new CAD design and follows our standard crafting process.
A custom ring is a design that doesn't yet exist in our collection. Our jewellers create a new CAD design for you to review and approve before crafting begins. That's why custom rings follow a different process and timeline depending on your design. Find out more and enquire about custom designs
Express Crafting and Priority Crafting are our expedited crafting options, available for an additional fee. Essentially, you'll skip the queue, reducing the time it takes us to complete your piece. Availability depends on the ring and design.
To see current pricing for expedited crafting, select Build Your Ring on the product page for your ring. In the Timeline section, open the Crafting Completion Date dropdown to view the Express and Priority Crafting options available for that ring and any additional fees.
Most made-to-order engagement rings and wedding rings are eligible for Express Crafting, though some more complex designs may require additional time. Check the individual product page to see which options are available for that ring.
If you're looking to personalise a design from our made-to-order collection (like changing band width, adding pavé or adding a hidden halo), our team will review your request before confirming which expedited crafting options are available.
