We deliver across New Zealand using two trusted courier partners — DHL and New Zealand Post. Both services have been carefully selected to ensure your Cullen Jewellery piece arrives safely and securely.

- Valid photo ID — you may be asked for identification matching the name on the order.
- Signature required — you'll need to sign for your parcel in person; it cannot be left unattended.
- Either courier may contact you via WhatsApp, email or phone using the contact details provided at checkout, to confirm delivery timeframes and arrange a suitable delivery window.

For orders valued at NZD $1,000 or more, New Zealand Customs requires an Importer Code before your parcel can be cleared and delivered.
Please read the following carefully:
- All orders valued at NZD $1,000 or more are subject to New Zealand Customs clearance and may be held until documentation is provided.
- You will be contacted directly by DHL or New Zealand Customs via email or phone to assist with this process — please monitor your inbox, including your spam folder.
- If your shipment is held, you will be notified with a Waybill number and instructions on next steps.
If you already have an Importer Code:
- Provide your registered entity name and Importer Code number to the DHL representative when contacted.
If you do not have an Importer Code:
- You will need to complete a NZ Customs application form (NZCS 224A) and return it with the required supporting documents.
- Processing typically takes 2 business days once all documents are received.
When completing your Importer Code application you will need:
- A valid government-issued photo ID — this must be your passport bio-page, New Zealand driver licence (front and back), or another acceptable form of official photo identification.
- If you are under 16, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian who must also provide their ID.
- Documents can be submitted as JPEG, PNG, PDF, .doc or .docx — links to Google Drive or external storage cannot be accepted.

Showroom Pick Up
- Showroom pickup is available once we complete your order.
- If showroom pick-up is chosen at checkout, please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days in addition to your crafting completion date for your order to arrive at your desired showroom (San Francisco excluded).
- Upon collection, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, matching the name on the order or a third-party name that has been authorised.
Import Duties and Taxes
Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning import duties and taxes are covered. In some countries, local or personal taxes must be paid by the recipient, as customs authorities may not allow these charges to be billed internationally. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, or contacting us via our contact form for guidance.

- The delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners. Peak periods and unforeseen events may affect these times. Most jewellery is made to order, typically completed within 50 business days.

- We do not currently ship to India, China, Russia, Iran and Ukraine.
- International shipping is only available for clients residing outside of Australia.
- For security and insurance purposes, Cullen Jewellery reserves the right to withhold or limit disclosure of tracking information relating to showroom transfers, high-value shipments, or internal logistics movements.
