TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize includes return flights and accommodation up to a total value of AUD $8,000. 2. Any unused portion of the AUD $8,000 travel allocation may be applied toward a purchase at Cullen Jewellery. 3. The prize also includes an AUD $2,000 Cullen Jewellery voucher to be used on any piece of the winner's choosing. 4. The winner's travel must commence and conclude in the city of a nominated Cullen Jewellery showroom. 5. The winner must attend a Cullen Jewellery showroom appointment in that nominated city. 6. All travel must be booked by October 25, 2026 and completed by April 25, 2027. 7. The prize must be redeemed by the winner in full as one booking and cannot be split across multiple trips. 8. All travel arrangements will be booked and managed by Cullen Jewellery through Take Off Go to ensure the prize is coordinated correctly. 9. Travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. 10. Blackout dates may apply, including during school holidays, peak travel periods, and major events. 11. Flights are subject to airline availability and applicable fare conditions at the time of booking. 12. Some flexibility with travel dates, routes, and accommodation may be required. 13. Any travel or accommodation costs exceeding the total allocation of AUD $8,000 will be the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid by the winner prior to booking confirmation. 14. The prize does not include visas, passports, additional transport costs, meals, beverages, travel taxes, surcharges, insurance, extra luggage, eSIMs, spending money, or any other travel-related expenses unless expressly stated otherwise. 15. Visas, passports, and any other required travel documentation are the responsibility of the traveller. 16. Any associated costs relating to visas, passports, or other required travel documentation will not be covered by Cullen Jewellery. 17. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for their destination. 18. The winner is strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, and Cullen Jewellery reserves the right to require proof of travel insurance prior to finalising bookings. 19. Once any part of the travel prize has been booked, it cannot be cancelled, reimbursed, exchanged, or reissued, except where required by law. 20. The prize is not redeemable for cash. 21. The prize is not transferable. 22. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or credit except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions. 23. Cullen Jewellery is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or expense arising from or connected with the use of the prize, travel taken as part of the prize, or any act or omission of third-party providers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 24. Cullen Jewellery reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the prize, travel arrangements, booking process, or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, supplier changes, force majeure events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 25. Where changes are required, Cullen Jewellery will endeavour to provide a prize of equal or similar value. 26. @cullenjewellery is the only account that will contact entrants or the winner. Please ignore and report any scam or impersonator accounts. 27. One winner will be selected at random and announced via the @cullenjewellery Instagram Stories on April 25, 2026 at 3:00 pm AEST. 28. The winner will also be contacted privately with details on how to claim their prize. 29. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a redraw will occur. 30.
