Yes! At Cullen, we offer free express insured international shipping on orders over $500. We also cover duties and taxes for most countries. Import Duties and Taxes
Most of our orders are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid - this means import duties & taxes are covered). However, there may be cases where you may have to pay local import taxes and duties, which Cullen Jewellery does not cover, as some countries do not allow us to pay them as the sender. Absolutely! We understand many purchases are surprise gifts, especially for engagements. That's why we use discreet packaging and can hold your order for up to 90 days. Please note this does not change our standard 28-day payment terms, and final payment must still be completed within this timeframe.
