Hiring Process
Congratulations on taking the first step towards joining the Cullen Jewellery team! You've submitted your resume and crafted a great cover letter — so, now what? Let's walk through the steps together:

Review
We evaluate your application, assessing your skills and experience in light of our key selection criteria.

Phone screening
You'll have a casual 10-15 minute chat with us, where we aim to get to know you better and address any questions about the role or Cullen Jewellery.

Shortlisting
Selected candidates are invited to an interview, which may be in-person or virtual for roles outside of Melbourne.

Testing
Before the interview, shortlisted candidates complete online cognitive and personality assessments, which take around 30-40 minutes.

Interview
Your moment to shine. Our HR Recruitment Manager and the Hiring Manager will ask questions to explore your skills, capabilities, and values to ensure they align with our selection criteria.

Pre-employment checks
We'll reach out to the two professional referees you have provided, and where applicable, we will conduct additional checks as specified in the job advertisement.

Offer
Our Recruitment Manager will present a formal offer of employment, and once you accept, we'll issue your employment contract and guide you through your Onboarding.
