We deliver across the United States using two trusted courier partners — FedEx and UPS. Both services have been carefully selected to ensure your Cullen Jewellery piece arrives safely and securely, with fast and reliable delivery times.

- Valid photo ID — you may be asked for identification matching the name on the order.
- Signature required — you'll need to sign for your parcel in person; it cannot be left unattended.
- Either courier may contact you via WhatsApp, email or phone using the contact details provided at checkout, to confirm delivery timeframes and arrange a suitable delivery window.

For orders valued at USD $800 or more, your shipment may be subject to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) clearance before your parcel can be delivered.

- Please check below to see whether duties, taxes, and import fees are covered for your country. If your country is listed, Cullen Jewellery will cover all applicable charges associated with your order, so there will be no additional costs for you to pay at any stage of the delivery process.
- All orders valued at USD $800 or more may be held by US Customs pending documentation.
- You will be contacted directly by FedEx, UPS, or US Customs via email or phone to assist with this process — please monitor your inbox, including your spam folder.
- If your shipment is held, you will be notified with a tracking number and instructions on next steps.
- You may be asked to authorise FedEx or UPS to act as a customs broker on your behalf and facilitate clearance.
When providing identification you will need:
- A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.
- Documents may be requested digitally via email.

Showroom Pick Up
- Showroom pickup is available once we complete your order.
- If showroom pick-up is chosen at checkout, please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days in addition to your crafting completion date for your order to arrive at your desired showroom (San Francisco excluded).
- Upon collection, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, matching the name on the order or a third-party name that has been authorised.
Import Duties and Taxes
Most orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning import duties and taxes are covered. In some countries, local or personal taxes must be paid by the recipient, as customs authorities may not allow these charges to be billed internationally. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, or contacting us via our contact form for guidance.

- The delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners. Peak periods and unforeseen events may affect these times. Most jewellery is made to order, typically completed within 50 business days.

- We do not currently ship to India, China, Russia, Iran and Ukraine.
- International shipping is only available for clients residing outside of Australia.
- For security and insurance purposes, Cullen Jewellery reserves the right to withhold or limit disclosure of tracking information relating to showroom transfers, high-value shipments, or internal logistics movements.
