Brilliant professional and friendly service. I had a fantastic experience with Cullen, I was apprehensive about having a remote consultation, but William was extremely helpful, and the special cameras they use clearly show the ring and diamonds in great detail. Throughout the crafting and shipping process, the communication was easy and clear with regular updates and a video of the finished product when it was made. Throughout ordering, and collection process the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!!

They took the time to explain all the different diamond types, including the differences between moissanite, lab-grown, and natural diamonds, as well as the various shapes and how each one affects sparkle and style. Their explanations were clear, honest, and never pushy — just really helpful and informative.
