Ready-to-Ship Ring Resizing Process
At Cullen Jewellery, we like to make things easy. For ready-to-ship rings, we offer one complimentary resize, after the initial resize, within the first 12 months of receiving your ring. Simply head to the Cullen Jewellery website, select Book Appointment in the top right corner, choose your location, and proceed with the Drop Off - Resize/Repair option. Please note that not all styles can be resized and after the first resize, the resizing range is often reduced. If your ring has already been resized from the stock size (typically M 1/2) and requires further resizing, it must first undergo an assessment to determine the resizing range.
